About Use of online service "Reservation for Limited Express" through New Year's Eve to New Year's Day: This service is generally available from 5:30 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.(Japan time), however, through December 31 to January 1, operating hours will be extended. Please note, however, that there will be the following restrictions:

All service(purchase, review, change and refund) of Reservation for Limited Express is not available from 11:45 p.m., December 31 to 1:30 a.m., January 1.

If you have purchased an e-ticket for Limited Express departing during these hours, please save or print out the on-screen information in advance.

* If you need to change or refund your ticket during these hours, please notify the station staff at a Limited Express ticket counter at a station.
* If you need to purchase a Limited Express ticket during these hours, please do so at a Limited Express ticket counter, instead of using the online service "Reservation for Limited Express".

About Advance Tickets: Limited Express tickets usually go on sale from 10:30 a.m. one month before the day of departure (on the same day in the previous month). During the period between December 1 and December 2, Limited Express tickets until January 3 will be available for sale. Please make use of this service.
