• This service is available from 0:30 a.m. to 11:50 p.m. (Japan time). Purchases, refunds, and changes to reservations cannot be made outside of service hours (from 11:50 p.m. to 0:30 a.m.).
  ※The ticketless express ticket screen can be redisplayed 24 hours a day.
• If you wish to process refunds or make changes to your reservation outside of service hours, please inquire at the Limited Express ticket sales counter.
• If you wish to purchase Limited Express tickets outside of service hours, please purchase them directly at a Limited Express ticket sales counter rather than via the internet.

About Advance Tickets

Limited Express tickets generally go on sale one month prior to the boarding date (on the same day of the preceding month) at 10:30 a.m.. However, Limited Express tickets for rides between December 31st and January 4th will go on sale on December 1st at 10:30 a.m. (Japan Time). We encourage you to take advantage of this service.
