STEP1 Search for a Limited Express train you would like to take. See more details. Close

1Click the "Start to Purchase" button on the top page.

Enter the date of departure and stations of departure and arrival. You can select the station name from the pulldown menu and the railway map.
3Once the information is completed, click the "Search" button.

STEP2 Select a Limited Express train. See more details. Close

The Limited Express trains satisfying the requirements will be shown. Select one that you would like to take and click the "Select" button.

* Note: You cannot purchase a Limited Express ticket for a train that requires three or more connections.

STEP3 Select the number of passengers, type of seat, etc. See more details. Close

5Enter the number of passengers.
6Select the type of seat you prefer.
7Choose how to select the seat location(s).
8Once the information is completed, click the "Next" button.
* If you choose "No selection" in 7,
→go to STEP 4.
*If you choose "Select from seat map" in 7,
→go to 9below.

9Select the car number you prefer.

Select the seat(s) you prefer.
* If you buy a ticket before the date of boarding, the type of some cars to be used on the day may not have been decided. Depending on the car used on the day, seat locations in the car are subject to change due to additional available seats at the front or back of the car, even when seat numbers are the same.

Once the information is completed, click the "next" button.
* If you will transfer from one Limited Express train to another, select seats for each Limited Express train.

◎ You can select seats for up to 8 passengers. You cannot select seats located in different cars.

◎ The seat (or seats) selected on the seat map will be confirmed after the transaction (payment) is completed. Seat selection on the seat map does not mean the seats are confirmed.

STEP4 Enter customer information including credit card information. See more details. Close

12Enter passenger information.
13Enter credit card information.
14Read the Terms of Use and if you agree, check the "I agree with the above terms" check box.
15Once the information is completed, click the "Next" button.

* Note: Your order is not yet accepted at this stage.

STEP5 Confirm the information See more details. Close

16Check that your customer information is correct and then click the 'checked the above "ATTENTION" ' button.

Check that the Limited Express ticket information and passenger information shown are correct and then click the "Confirm to purchase" button.
When a screen is indicated after it, it'll be completion of the transaction.
