Enter your Limited Express ticket information.

    From the Top Page, enter the date of boarding and the reservation number for the Limited Express ticket that you wish to search for, and the e-mail address entered at the time of purchase.
    * The reservation number is indicated on the displayed/printed e-ticket or the screen indicating the results of the purchase (or change).

  • 2Click the "Search" button.

  • 4Click the "Change" button.

    Enter the date of departure and stations of departure and arrival that you would like to change. You can select the station name from the pulldown menu and the railway map.

  • 6Once the information is completed, click the "Search" button.

    The Limited Express trains satisfying the requirements will be shown. Select one that you would like to take and click the "Select" button.

* Note: You cannot purchase a Limited Express ticket for a train that requires three or more connections.

Select the number of passengers, type of seat, etc.

  • 8Enter the number of passengers.
  • 9Select the type of seat you prefer.
  • 10Choose how to select the seat location(s).
  • 11Once the information is completed, click the "Next" button.
  • * If you choose "No selection" in 10,
    go to STEP 7.
  • *If you choose "Select from seat map" in 10,
    →go to 12below.

  • 12Select the car number you prefer.
  • 13Select the seat(s) you prefer.
  • 14Once the information is completed, click the "next" button.

◎ You can select seats for up to 8 passengers. You cannot select seats located in different cars.

◎ The seat (or seats) selected on the seat map will be confirmed after the transaction (payment) is completed. Seat selection on the seat map does not mean the seats are confirmed.

  • 15For authentication, enter the information of the credit card used for the payment.
  • * Note:
    - If you enter the last four digits of the credit card number incorrectly five times, you will not be able to re-display or change the Limited Express ticket or receive a refund on the same day.
    - If your credit card used for the payment has expired, enter the expiration month/year and the security code of the new card.
  • 16Once the information is completed, click the "Next" button.

* Note: Your change is not yet accepted at this stage.

    Check that the Limited Express ticket information shown is correct and then click the "Confirm to change" button.
    When a screen is indicated after it, it'll be completion of the transaction.

◎ Please save or print the e-ticket for Limited Express displayed on the screen.

◎ When boarding, please present the contents of this screen with the credit card or deposit card you used for payment.
